To provide and operate the service, process payments, run KYC and AML checks, send transactional and service notices, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and improve the platform.

We share data with vetted subprocessors that support the service: payment processors, KYC and AML providers, spot feed vendors, cloud hosting, email delivery, fulfillment partners. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, or court order.
4. Security
We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. Access to production systems is least-privilege and logged. KYC documents are stored in restricted-access systems. No system is perfectly secure. Report suspected vulnerabilities to security at goldeverywhere dot com.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information. California residents have rights under the CCPA, including the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of sale (we do not sell). EU and UK residents have rights under GDPR. 6. Retention
We retain data as long as the account is active and as long as required by tax, AML, and other regulations after closure. KYC records are retained for the period required by applicable law.

We use essential cookies to operate the service. Analytics cookies are first-party and aggregated. We do not run cross-site advertising trackers.
8. Children
The service is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
