2. Service Description
Gold Everywhere is a software platform for coin and bullion dealers and investment-grade vault operators. The service includes live spot pricing, inventory and order management, buy-back tooling, vault visit booking, safety deposit box management, KYC and AML workflows, and related developer interfaces. Features may change. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes.
3. Subscription and Billing
The platform is offered on a monthly subscription. The fee, billing cycle, and payment terms are stated at signup. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing on 30 days notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: violate any applicable law, including precious metals, securities, anti-money-laundering, and tax regulations; misrepresent identity or business; reverse engineer or attempt to bypass platform security; use the service to send unsolicited communications. You are responsible for the conduct of your customers and staff using the service under your account.
5. Your Content and Data
You retain ownership of the data you upload. You grant us a license to process that data to provide the service. We will not sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
6. Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these terms, fraud, or legal cause. On termination, you may export your data for 30 days.
7. Disclaimer
The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that spot prices, third-party data feeds, or other content are accurate, complete, or current. You are responsible for verifying critical information.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gold Everywhere is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of laws. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. We will post the revised terms with a new effective date and notify active customers by email.
